The M5 Corridor Saturday 19th May

Red-necked Phalarope Coombe Hill Meadow Gloucestershire 19th May
Great Reed Warbler Western-super-Mare Sewage Works 19th May

Nice to finally catch up with a summer plumaged female Phalarope...
A return visit to the Coombe Hill Meadow reserve after seeing  a Spotted Crake
there in 2007. Then, like now, much of the reserve was under flood water...
Wet foot.... new Wellies...

The Great Reed Warbler was an unexpected bonus.
Saw plenty on Lesvos but always good to hear the ''krronk krronk krr''
