annual spring visit to Lesvos...
One should be very careful when
turning over rocks on Lesvos as
you never know what maybe
lurking underneath...

Bottom Left: Big Beetle
(Fortunately she said yes)
The second slightly surreal moment occurred when this popped out of the bushes
in front of me at the Meladia Chapel on the 8th of May.

Vos The Movie Pt I
So, here is yet another Lesvos film (sorry) however this one is a bit different from the others honest.
For starters it has some talky bits throughout from yours truly and a couple of original musical compositions.
Now then, its very odd to hear ones recorded voice, one should try and speak proper, but accents do change depending on who we are talking to.
For instance in my line of work one may have to deal with some ..ummm. quite 'sniffy' types...
(as I'm writing this, I can't help thinking...Gerald Ratner) so one does tend to go 'a bit Downton'
when conversing, however, I am a good ol Oxfourrrdshire boiy and as anyone who knows me will testify I can go FULL Wurzel in under 4 pints.
For the narration I was trying for David Attenborough however for some unbeknownst reason it came out more Brian Cox?
Also a near disaster was averted by way of a data recovery company, when I managed to accidentally delete an entire 32GB memory card (a whole weeks worth of video) but for a modest sum it was recovered...
I say a modest sum...
I mean you can't put a price on memories can you..?
No. of course not...
For instance ,hopefully you might ooh and ahhh at the clip of the Olive -tree Warbler weaving its delicate little nest in a shady olive grove...
You certainly can't put a price on that can you.
WELL YES.
YES YOU CAN.
IT'S £12 A F***ING SECOND ENJOY.

ReplyDeleteExcellent, perfect lunchtime viewing!
ReplyDeleteI don't know about the Brian Cox thing but I'm pretty sure that you could have a glorious career in snooker commentary if you so wished...
Cheers chaps.
